Yes! One of the great things about Willow Tree Toppers is that our patterns aren't limited to just one frame style.All of our patterns can be applied to all of the frame styles we offer.See a pattern you love but don't see it pictured in your frame style? That doesn't mean it isn't available—simply select your desired frame style when ordering.

How do the toppers attach?

Each Willow Tree Topper has magnets located at the upper left and upper right brow area of the topper. The magnets allow the topper to attach easily to compatible magnetic eyewear, making it simple to change your look whenever you want.

Willow Tree Toppers are independently made accessories designed to be compatible with the applicable Pair Eyewear frame styles. Willow Tree Toppers is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pair Eyewear.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our current production and shipping timeframe is approximately 14–16 business days. Please remember that business days do not include weekends or holidays.Because our toppers are made for our customers rather than mass-produced, we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Will I receive tracking information for my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Tracking information will be provided once your order has been completed and is ready for shipment. Once your shipping label has been created, you will receive your tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you. Please keep in mind that tracking information may not show movement immediately after the label is created. It can take a little time for the shipping carrier to receive and scan your package into its system.

Why might the color look slightly different from the website?

We make every effort to accurately photograph and display our toppers. However, colors can vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and the materials used. This is especially true for holographic, reflective, glitter and other specialty materials, which can change appearance depending on the lighting and viewing angle.

What happens if my topper arrives broken or defective?

We want you to be happy with your Willow Tree Toppers. If a topper arrives broken or defective, please contact us promptly after receiving your order. Once the issue has been verified, we will make a replacement topper and send it to you. We may ask you to provide photographs of the damaged or defective topper so we can identify the problem and make your replacement.

Yes! We love custom requests. If you have an idea for a pattern that you don't see on our website, contact us and tell us what you're looking for. We'll work with you to determine whether we can create it. Custom designs are a great option for special occasions, holidays, teams, organizations, hobbies, gifts and more.

Contact us with your idea or inspiration and we'll let you know what we can create. Please keep in mind that we may not be able to reproduce copyrighted artwork, protected logos, characters or other intellectual property without appropriate permission.

Yes. In addition to standard frame styles, we offer many hybrid options.Because hybrid availability can vary, please make sure you select the correct hybrid when ordering. If you're unsure, contact us before placing your order.

Because orders may enter production shortly after they're received, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if production hasn't already progressed too far.
